 Actor Profile - Hyeon Bin 

Ever since his role as the aloof restaurant owner in the Korean drama sensation “My Lovely Sam Soon”, K-drama actor Hyeon Bin has quickly become a leader in the Korean wave. 

In “The Snow Queen” Hyeon Bin plays the role of Tae Woong, a listless loner, desperately trying to make ends meet. Now a third-rate boxer, Tae Woong was once a math protégé who attended one of Korea’s finest private schools. But when his best friend took his own life, Tae Woong gave up his dreams and blamed himself for the tragedy.

On October 14, 2007 "The Korea Times" released their "Top 10 Korean Wave Stars" list. Hyeon Bin ranked in as #9 on the scale.

Actress Profile - Sung Yu-Ri
Actress Sung Yu-Ri could not be more different than her character Bo Ra in “The Snow Queen”. Winner of the 2006 KBS “Popularity Award”, Yu-Ri’s upbeat personality and angelic looks has gotten her much attention.

Born on March 3, 1981, Yu-Ri got her start not as an actress, but as the youngest member of the Korean pop group “Fin. K. L.” Known as the “cute one” in the group, she is known for her beauty as well as her reputation for being a genuinely friendly person.

In “The Snow Queen”, Sung plays the part of Bo Ra – a rich girl whose life threatening illness has given her a coldhearted outlook on life. Often treating everyone as a servant, Bo Ra has little joy in her life. That is until she meets Tae Woong…
